No matter who you are or what you do in life, you will eventually make mistakes or in some way hurt others. Some mistakes are simple, they have little to no consequences and they’re easy to fix. Other mistakes can be more complicated to deal with.
When you make a complicated mistake. When you do something that has serious consequences or hurts someone close to you. How do you fix it? When faced with the consequences of your actions what do you do to remedy the harm you caused?
We all have different ways of dealing with mistakes we make. Probably the one thing that all do, no matter the size of the mistake, is apologize. But then what? Is it always right to carry on as if nothing had happened? Or should you linger in the past, feeling bad about what you did? Is it your obligation to attempt to better things? Or should you step back and let someone else clean up after you? There isn’t really an answer that is always right, it depends allot on the situation and the people involved in it.
When you do something that causes other harm, no matter your intention, what do you do? How do you apologize for your mistakes? Trough actions or words?
